Rain Drop Therapy (great for boosting the immune system)

Nine powerful Therapeutic Grade A Essential Oils are dropped like "little raindrops" and massaged into the spine relieving muscular tension in the body. This procedure originates from an ancient Lakota Indian Healing Technique adapted by D. Gary Young of Young Living Essential Oils. The Essential Oils enhance the systems of the body and deeply energizes, detoxifies and balances the electrical frequency of the body.

The Essential Oils used support the immune and nervous system and are designed specifically for topical application. Raindrop Technique was developed as a result of research indicating that many forms of spinal misalignments are caused by muscle spasms due to bacteria and viruses originating in the spine and the tissues along the spine.

This procedure is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, those with high blood pressure, and asthma.

"A powerful essence connects us to the spiritual, to the divine. A sacred fragrance opens pathways and clears distractions. Now our hearts can communicate with that which is holy. Now our minds can hear the whisper of peace that will bring us comfort and enlightenment."

– Young Living Essential Oils

Ear Coning

The ear is a common environment for unwanted bacterial and fungal infestations. The natural healing method of ear candling with herbs, or ear coning, is traced back to the Egyptians, Asians, and Native Americans. Ear coning acts as a catalyst to clear out debris accumulated on nerve endings.

The cone which is made of strips of unbleached cotton dipped in beeswax and herbs is fired on the wide end. The spiral of the cone and the herbal smoke in the ear canal work together to osmotically draw out ear wax and other debris into the cone. Coning is very relaxing and
non-invasive and there is no heat felt in the ear canal. It is an extremely powerful release therapy working directly on the chakra system to clear and strengthen the auric bodies.

Massage

Facial Lymphatic Massage

Perhaps the most popular natural healing modality and the most familiar, massage is an
all-purpose treatment to release tension and anxiety. It is also a way to discover where inner emotional imbalances are demonstrating themselves on the outer level. And of course, it is probably one of the gentlest and kindest gifts we can offer to our self.

Reiki

A simple technique has been discovered which induces inner calm, enhances well being and enthusiasm for life, as well as renewing ones sense of purpose. It is called 'Reiki', which means 'universal life force'. This is the simplest art of life energy renewal and there are no exercises, special breathing or words required. Regular classes and daily practice are not necessary.

Transmitted through the hands, the additional flow of Reiki energy is perceived in a variety of ways: heat, chill, tingling, pulsing or vibrations are some of the ways people may experience it.

You can practice Reiki at work, home or play simply by placing your hands over the vital organs of your body for an 'instant recharge' without conscious effort. Reiki is a valuable first aid tool which helps relieve pain, reduce swelling, staunch the flow of blood and can be applied effectively in emergency situations to aid others as well as yourself.

While it is generally experienced as calming and comforting, under some circumstances Reiki can trigger a reaction or spontaneous healing crisis, by rapid release of stored toxins, as in homeopathy and other natural therapies. This is a positive sign to do more Reiki until the temporary physical response passes. The energy flows at the touch of your hands and, simultaneously, your brainwave pattern slows down to the meditational level of 8-10 Hz (alpha) - the natural rhythm of the universe. Reiki has been demonstrated on medical monitoring equipment to enhance uptake of oxygen in the hemoglobin by up to 30 per cent.
